A seminar concerning the 2013 State Budget is being held at the NERA auditorium in Loulé on November 22, from 2.15pm. The event, led by BDO & Associados (accountancy) and NERA (Algarve business association), will be an opportunity for attendees to learn about the most important measures included in the 2013 State Budget and how alterations to IVA, IRC and IRS, among other issues, will affect them.
