Two people were killed this morning in an accident on the EN125 road between Fuseta (Olhão) and Tavira.
It was around 10.30am when a motorbike and an all-terrain vehicle collided near Murteira, killing the two people – a man and a woman – who were on the bike.
The cause of the crash is unknown and is being investigated by GNR police’s road accident investigation unit (NICAV), a source from Faro’s emergency operations command (CDOS) told Lusa news agency.
