BES/ Marquês judge back home following heart surgery

Judge Ivo Rosa, the man in charge of some of the hottest corruption cases in Portuguese history is ‘on the mend’ following emergency heart surgery and expected to be back on the bench in time for the re-scheduled pre-trial hearing on March 29 of the BES case – an event that has taken almost eight years to reach, with the ‘principal suspect’ now reportedly incapacitated by Alzheimer’s Disease (click here).
