Banking institution BNP Paribas, based in Lisbon, is hoping to create 200 new jobs in Portugal over 2013 and 2014.
BNP Paribas has been present in Portugal since 1985 offering a range of corporate and investment services.
It is expected to increase its workforce in Portugal to 1,700.
The French banking giant will focus new hiring in the custody and settlement services segment, which it is expanding.
