The annual Bowls Algarve Open Triples Tournament was held over three days, from Monday, January 5 to Wednesday, January 7, at Pedras Bowls Club, Cabanas, in Tavira.
Sixteen teams braved the cold and on Wednesday also the rain. Competition was keen, culminating in an outstanding final.
Winners were, left to right, Joaquim Cruz, Angie Peschardt and Geoff Bailey of Alvor Bowls Club.
Runners-up were Steve Moore, Geoff Worrall and Russ Malin of Pedras BC.
