“Great progress” is being made on The Court, a new development located in the Salicos area, near Carvoeiro, revealed the developers this week.
Sharing the latest updates on the work, Carvoeiro Branco said “great progress has been made. Excavation works are ongoing in specific areas of the plot, focusing on finishing the last sections for foundation preparation.
“With steady progress on-site, The Court is well on track to transform from groundwork to visible structure in the coming months.”
The development comprises 104 apartments, ranging from studios to spacious two-bedroom units. Residents will have access to a wide array of amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, four padel courts, a multi-sports field, a large gym and a wellness centre with sauna and massage area.
Studio apartments start from €295,000 and one-bedroom apartments start from €415,000. Select units at The Court feature exclusive-use gardens or rooftop terraces with jacuzzis.
