There will be a retiring collection for the Lagoa Food Bank
A Catholic mass in English for Holy Trinity Sunday will be held on June 15, at 4pm, in Carvoeiro at the chapel on the cliffs, Ermida da Nossa Senhora da Encarnação.
Everyone is welcome even if you do not normally attend this church.
This Mass will be entirely in English: the readings, the hymns as well as the Order of Mass. There will be a retiring collection for the Lagoa Food Bank, which supports over 100 families in need at this time.
This mass will be in addition to the chapel’s usual Saturday evening Mass at 5.30pm (in Portuguese). This English Mass (usually the third Sunday of every month) does not replace that.
