Members of the Châine des Rôtisseurs met for dinner on June 10 at the Restaurante São Gabriel located between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
During the dinner there were various pairings of wines with the food, including a chilled Vertice Espumante or White Port with the canapés, Quinta do Portel Moscatel with the goose liver terrine and Quinta do Outeiro Paxá 2008 served with the beef tenderloin.
The next event from the Châine des Rôtisseurs will be taking place in July.
