Loulé City Council and Policromia, an association of young people who do graffiti art, have signed a protocol to allow the use of specific spaces in Quarteira for youngsters to showcase their work.
The objectives of the partnership will meet the Policromia group’s own principles, which include promoting graffiti as an expressive art form and to stimulate interest in artistic creation and to give spaces that are unused the colours of the graffiti art.
