IKEA Portugal has announced the opening of 27 new job vacancies at its store in Loulé, in the Algarve, as part of efforts to strengthen its team and “continue delivering an inspiring shopping experience”.
Applications open on February 27, with positions available across several operational areas.
Most of the vacancies are in logistics and food services, with additional roles in sales and after-sales service.
IKEA Portugal says its human resources policy is built on the continuous appreciation of employees, a “central pillar of its culture and strategy”.
The company highlights its commitment to “fair and competitive pay”, supported by a “consistent track record of salary increases and annual reviews to ensure alignment with the market and recognition of individual dedication”. Entry-level salaries in retail operations start at €1,025, “significantly above Portugal’s national minimum wage.”
