If you are a classic and opera lover, here is an event not to be missed. For the first time ever in Portugal, the Rotary Club Estoi Palace International is hosting a unique opera performance by Swiss baritone Äneas Humm on Saturday, November 15, 2025.
The event will take place at Teatro Lethes in Faro, Portugal’s second oldest theatre whose timeless elegance will offer a perfect stage to match this exceptional evening.
Renowned internationally for his magnetic presence and vocal artistry, Äneas has graced Europe’s most prestigious venues, such as Amsterdam, Bremen or Venice. He is also in great demand as a concert singer and a regular guest of main European Orchestras.
The program has yet to be finalised. With piano accompaniment, it will likely feature works by Mozart, Schubert, Grieg and Richard Strauss.
Proceeds of this exceptional evening will support the educational and social actions of the Rotary Club Estoi Palace International.
