Orange Week returns to Portimão Municipal Market

‘Algarve oranges – there's no healthier fruit’ is the event's motto

The Portimão Municipal Market is again dedicating a week to the Algarve orange, promoting the tasty and healthy citrus fruit at special prices from February 10 to 14.

Under the motto ‘Algarve oranges – there’s no healthier fruit’, the event will feature showcooking demonstrations every day from 10am to 11.30am, with menus inspired by the juicy fruit.

The show cooking sessions will be led by the Portimão Hotel and Tourism School, and on February 14, Chef Nuno Martins, from NUMA Restaurant, will join the event for a Valentine’s Day-themed presentation.
