Yin Yoga class promises connection, calm, and plenty of puppy cuddles
There was joy (and a few happy yelps!) this week at Cadela Carlota, as the eight puppies rescued in April from a dumpster in Lagos received their second vaccinations.
It’s a huge step for the little ones — they’re now protected, healthy, and ready to begin their journey to forever homes. Very soon, we’ll be introducing each one on social media as they prepare to meet the world.
To celebrate this milestone and support their ongoing care, we’re inviting you to a special event:

💛 Limited to 12 places — donation-based entry
Led by Nadine, a Bikram yoga teacher and retreat host, this gentle Yin Yoga class promises connection, calm, and plenty of puppy cuddles. Every euro raised will go directly toward vet bills, food, and shelter support.
This is more than a yoga class — it’s a beautiful example of how community members can use their skills to help. From teachers and artists to bakers and builders, everyone has something to offer.
