Boutique Hotel Vivenda Miranda in Porto de Mós, Lagos, is holding a Wine Pairing Dinner on Friday, May 1 at 7pm, “where refined cuisine meets the art of wine harmonization”.
This special evening will feature the presence of renowned winemaker Nuno Rodrigues from Herdade dos Toucinhos, in Almodôvar, Lower Alentejo, who will personally guide guests through each pairing, sharing insights and presenting the wines throughout the dinner.
Guests can expect “a carefully curated sensory journey through a five-course menu that celebrates authentic flavours and premium ingredients”, say organisers.
“The evening begins with an elegant selection of canapés, followed by standout dishes such as the delicate Tiger Shrimp ‘Thermidor’ and the rich Mirandese veal cheek, finishing with a delightful Tarte Tatin served with homemade vanilla ice cream.”
Each course will be paired with thoughtfully selected wines, enhancing every flavour and creating a truly memorable dining experience.
