Thirty children were sponsored by the Almancil International Rotary Club (AIRC) to attend a night at the Mundial Circus.
The children were all from underprivileged families and are supported by the Asas para Amanhã (Wings for the future) charity led by Sandra Zenovia Clorba, who works to improve the lives of more than 100 local children by providing them with opportunities and experiences not usually possible in the normal course of their lives.
The management of the circus offered a special discount price to the AIRC, enabling more children to attend.
