Seafood Festival adds flavour to Olhão

The Seafood Festival returns to Olhão from August 9 to 14, 2025, promising six nights of unforgettable festivities at the Jardim Pescador Olhanense. Amid fresh seafood, great music, and the unique scenery of the Ria Formosa, the Algarve summer comes alive with a luxury lineup featuring some of the biggest names in national and international music.

On August 9, D.A.M.A. kicks off the festival with their infectious energy, followed by Nininho Vaz Maia on the 10th, with his soulful and rhythmic songs. On the 11th, the unmissable Xutos & Pontapés promises a night of rock and timeless classics that span generations, while on the 12th, Ivandro takes the stage with his distinctive voice and songs that have influenced new Portuguese music. Richie Campbell, the king of reggae in Portugal, performs on the 13th, preparing a night of dancing to his greatest hits. The party culminates in style on the 14th with Menos é Mais, a Brazilian pagode sensation, igniting the venue with an explosion of joy.

Apart from the shows, the Seafood Festival remains one of the Algarve’s top gastronomic events, where you can enjoy the finest seafood and traditional regional dishes in a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the summer with family and friends.

Tickets are now available at Ticketline and its usual outlets, ensuring access to one of Portugal’s biggest summer parties.

Organised by the Olhão City Council and Fesnima, with support from several local organisations, the 2025 Seafood Festival promises a memorable edition, blending music, gastronomy, and socialising in one of the Algarve’s most beautiful settings.
