Those looking to set up a business in one of the four available spaces on the Lagos river front have just one more week, until November 2, to submit proposals to the municipal company Futurlagos.
A public tender was launched at the beginning of October by Futurlagos, for the granting of the three bars and a kiosk on the new esplanade, located on the top level of the underground car park adjoining the main Avenida dos Descobrimentos.
It is expected that the area will be fully functional by next summer and will be a prime attraction for the town, where recreational activities and leisure events will be held.
