Dils and QP Savills have successfully concluded the sale of The Shore, a premium tourist and residential development comprising 42 apartments and three plots for private villas, located in Vale do Garrão, at the heart of the Algarve’s prestigious Golden Triangle.
Appointed by Vanguard Properties, Dils and QP Savills jointly advised on the transaction, which has now closed with the acquisition of the project. This operation is part of Vanguard Properties’ portfolio management and optimisation plan, which includes the sale of tourism assets and a focus on key residential projects.
Situated just five minutes from the beach and perfectly positioned between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, The Shore combines exceptional design with one of the most desirable addresses in southern Portugal. The existing building holds full planning approval for conversion into an exclusive complex of 19 tourist apartments of varying layouts – from one to four bedrooms – each featuring private terraces and high-quality finishes.
