Professional women working in the Algarve are invited to the conference ‘Women & Success’ taking place on Saturday December 15 at the Conrad Algarve Hotel in Quinta do Lago from 2pm to 6pm.
The aim is to offer a platform to meet and to learn, to inspire and become inspired and to educate women to unleash their potential and work on personal success.
The programme will be in English and Portuguese.
Organisers Algarve Women’s Business Network said: “The conference will encourage women to think more deeply about themselves, observe their own behaviour and to access their personal power.
“No matter what your goals are, we believe that success is something you can achieve, something that is attainable and manageable.”
At the conference, women have the opportunity to learn more about how to create success in their personal and professional lives.
The first part of the programme will be a talk-show conducted by Ivone Sousa (Portuguese) and Ria van Doorn (English), who will interview inspiring and successful women who will share their keys to success.
Keynote speakers on the day are: Sandra Correia, CEO of Pelcor in São Brás and winner of ‘Best Entrepreneur Prize of Europe 2011’ given by the European Parliament & European Council of Women in Business; Ana Correia from Faro, Director & Consultant for BNI Algarve, and founder and owner of Restaurante Naturalmente in Loulé and Almancil; and Isabel Santos from Vilamoura, Managing Director of Eco-lar Interiors and Manager of Sempre International.
Workshop
The second part of the programme is an interactive workshop in which attendees can learn how to focus on their goals and transform blockages that are hindering them on their path towards success. Tickets at €20 per person can be purchased online before December 10.
