A full field of golfers took part in the last round of the Blevins Franks Pro Am Golf Series on the Pestana Vale da Pinta course near Carvoeiro on May 29.
For the second tournament in a row, professional golfer António Sobrinho led the winning team of Leeza and Douglas Lynn and Andrew Monk to victory while Lydia Ammann also showed consistency winning the ladies nearest the pin competition for the second time.
Runners-up in the event were Sebastio Lidgerio, Mamed Costedio, Egon Greuel and Helder Mendes.
Professional golfer José Dias was also back in prizes as he won the Pro tournament while leading his team of Edward Baldwin, Júlio Pires and Luís Sequeira into third place overall.
In the professional competition, Sean Hawker and Michael Sykes shared second place, with Elidio Costa taking home the final cheque for fourth place.
Gavin Scott of tour sponsors Blevins Franks presented the prizes in both the professional and amateur categories.
The next event will be on July 11 at the Morgado course near Portimão.
