BLiP Expo – the Better Living in Portugal Exhibition – reaches a milestone 25th year of bringing businesses and people together, under one roof, over the weekend of October 11-12.
Portimão Arena will host over 100 exhibitors eager to welcome visitors looking to improve their lives, and properties, in Portugal.
Under the stewardship of afpop, Portugal’s largest association for foreign residents, BLiP has, over the years, reinforced its role of being the focal point in the year for many seeking solutions to lifestyle improvements.
This year, organisers continue to include community and charity organisations that work tirelessly to ‘make life better’ for those in need of help and support.
There are a lot of new faces amongst the exhibitors including the PSP Airport Police, eager to explain their role at Faro Airport and give information about the EES (Entry/Exit System) planned to begin across Europe on October 12.
Also, optician João Vieira will be carrying out quick vision screening and eye pressure measurements for glaucoma, free of charge for BLiP visitors. He is a ‘mobile optician’ who comes to you at your home for appointments.
A number of exhibitors return as a direct result of successful experiences from previous years, including kitchens and kitchen design, health, insurance, financial management, currency exchange, home furnishings, funeral services, greetings cards, building care, television service providers and many more.
