Two choirs, The Skyline Sisters from Rotterdam (The Netherlands) and Bella Acapella from the Algarve, are performing together in October in what is expected to be a true celebration of barbershop music.
Around 70 singers will be on stage for two concerts in the East Algarve.
The Skyline Sisters is a Dutch women’s barbershop chorus led by Mieneke Klinkert. The Bella Acapella is a multinational mixed barbershop chorus led by Rob Does.
Bella Acapella invited The Skyline Sisters to spend “some nice sunny days in the Algarve and enjoy some singing together”. Led by both Rob Does and Mieneke Klinlert, the singers invite all to this “enthusiastic atmosphere of the barbershop world”.
