A concert by the PSP Symphonic Band is taking place at the Lagos Cultural Centre on December 8 from 9.30pm, in aid of a local young man, aged 18, who suffers from cerebral palsy. As part of the project ‘Pedro, a life on wheels’, the concert has been organised by four students from the Algarve University and aims to raise funds to purchase a new wheelchair and other equipment that will improve Pedro Vitória’s quality of life. Tickets cost €6.
