The Algarve’s Vale do Lobo resort reports that 50% of its new real estate development – The Residences Vale do Lobo – has now been reserved.
The limited collection of new homes has generated significant interest from buyers seeking permanent residences, as well as those looking for holiday retreats and long-term investments.
Construction of the new homes, which are being built in line with BREEAM standards, is well underway and progressing according to schedule. The properties include “25 spacious apartments, nine elegant townhouses and 10 stylish linked villas, with generous outdoor areas and a selection of private and communal swimming pools”.
The Residences are the first new homes to be built by Vale do Lobo in 20 years, marking a new chapter in the legendary coastal resort’s 60-year history. The homes are positioned beside the Royal Golf Course, which is famous for having one of the most challenging and photographed clifftop carryovers in Europe for its 16th hole. “Their superb location ensures owners will have the best of the Vale do Lobo lifestyle within easy reach,” said the resort in a press statement.
Viewings of The Residences are now available both digitally and in-person. Vale do Lobo’s real estate office offers the chance to experience the development through its interactive 3D masterplan tool, while a video to help prospective buyers visualise the future of the development is available to those keen to see it remotely. Those on-site at Vale do Lobo may also visit the construction site, by prior appointment, to see the progress first-hand.
Designed with modern living in mind and set in lush, natural surroundings, The Residences Vale do Lobo are the first 44 homes of a “new era of building at the resort”. Work on a second phase is already underway, with owner and operator Kronos Homes mapping out an “exciting future for Vale do Lobo’s real estate”.
