Two suffer serious injuries; 12-year-old child involved
Details are only now coming through of an accident involving four pedestrians walking on the road between Praia da Luz and Burgau yesterday.
The pedestrians appear to have been hit by a car that came off the road. Two of them suffered serious injuries, reports Correio da Manhã – among them a child, aged 12-years-old.
The victims were transported to Portimão Hospital.
GNR police are investigating. It seems likely that the four were holidaymakers, but this has not been confirmed. CM describes the child as “foreign”.
