Gusto by Heinz Beck, the fine dining restaurant led by three-Michelin star chef Heinz Beck at Conrad Algarve in Quinta do Lago, will host an intimate evening celebrating two of Italy’s finest traditions: gastronomy and winemaking.
The event, titled An Italian Affair, will take place on Friday, October 3 at 7pm and bring together the renowned chef Heinz Beck and the prestigious Antinori wine family for a one-night experience.
The evening opens with a welcome reception, where guests will be greeted with Antinori sparkling wines. Mrs. Nicoleta Antinori will personally introduce the family’s remarkable legacy, which stretches back through 26 generations of winemaking.
Following this introduction, attendees will enjoy a seven-course menu created by Chef Heinz Beck. Each dish will be paired with carefully selected Antinori wines, designed to complement and enhance the Mediterranean-inspired flavours. The dinner promises to be a “an unforgettable symphony of taste and aroma”, offering a rare opportunity to experience Italian culinary artistry alongside wines of historical significance.
The event is priced at €335 per person, including the welcome reception, the signature menu, and wine pairing. Seating is limited, and advance booking is required.
