Following the success of the 4th Lisbon Insiders Awards last March, which celebrated the city’s most outstanding culinary initiatives, the platform is now unveiling its next major project: the inaugural Lisbon Insiders Restaurant Week.
Taking place from October 24 to November 2, it will showcase 76 of Lisbon and its surroundings’ best restaurants. Building on Lisbon Insiders’ goal to highlight the city’s culinary talent and diversity, this event connects chefs and diners through accessible, authentic experiences.
For ten days, participating restaurants across Lisbon will offer exclusive menus, from signature dishes to innovative tasting experiences, all curated to showcase the diversity and talent of the city’s culinary scene. Guests can choose between two fixed-price menus: €25 or €35, available for lunch, dinner, or both, making some of Lisbon’s best tables more accessible to locals and visitors alike.
Bookings can be made directly with each restaurant or through partner platforms UMAI, The Fork, and Zenchef, ensuring a seamless and centralised experience. Guests should mention “RESTAURANT WEEK” when making their reservation.
“Lisbon has become one of the most exciting gastronomic cities in Europe, but until now, it has never had a moment that truly celebrated its restaurants as a whole. If it already hosts a Fashion Week or a Design Week, we thought it was time to introduce a Lisbon Insiders Restaurant Week — to give chefs a stage, open the doors to customers, and make gastronomy more accessible to everyone,” says Stéphanie Pons, founder of Lisbon Insiders.
