Loulé Câmara has announced that its traditional ‘Feira da Serra’ is this year taking place on December 1 and December 8, along the José da Costa Mealha Avenue, instead of the Pavilhão da NERA as in previous years.
The event will promote the cultural richness of the Algarve countryside, informing visitors about the Serra do Caldeirão through its handicraft, typical foods and traditions. Around 80 exhibitors are taking part in the fair, which organisers say will be a great opportunity to purchase some unique Algarve Christmas gifts.
The fair, which is open on from 10am to 6pm, will also include entertainment for children and live music.
Admission is free.
