Nova School of Business and Economics (Nova SBE) has hit an unprecedented milestone in 2025 by becoming the fourth best Master’s degree in Management in the Financial Times’ Masters in Management 2025 Ranking.
This is the best classification ever achieved by the degree course which has climbed four places in the ranking compared to 2024, placing the university in the select group of the five best Masters in Management degree courses in the world for the first time.
The programme distinguished itself in multiple relevant indicators. In the International Work Mobility criterion, the school reached sixth place worldwide, an increase of six positions compared to the previous year, which shows the global reach of the professional trajectories of its graduates.
The Alumni Network indicator, which assesses the impact of the school’s support for its former students, rose from 41st place in 2024 to 19th place this year.
In 2025, the Career Services indicator, which evaluates the support provided to students to achieve placements with the most prestigious international recruiters, also jumped from 41st place in 2024 to 22nd in 2025.
Also noteworthy is the 99% employability rate, which confirms the immediate integration of Nova SBE graduates into the global labour market. The diversity of the teaching staff, with 56% of international teachers, also contributed to the school’s results, which is a determining factor for the school’s multicultural academic experience and for the preparation of students in truly multicultural professional contexts.
