For the re-invented and YouTubing James, formerly ‘Jim’ back home, his relationship with Portugal is a self-confessed love affair, a magical adventure from start to finish, where he is “not afraid of growing old”.
He also discusses his feelings towards present-day America, to where he is unlikely to return, and how he manages his relationship with his former home in terms of mental health and happiness.
