An unidentified flying object (UFO) was sighted over Porto in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
CIFA – the centre for the investigation of aerospatial phenomena – says the sighting was reported at around 2am, and left those that witnessed it “amazed”.
“The object seemed to have propellers that looked like membranous wings, like those of bees or flies,” a source has told Correio da Manhã tabloid.
Reports all referred to “erratic/spontaneous movements, with rapid changes of direction that seemed to have little lights or particles around them.”
Due to clouds at the time, it wasn’t possible to observe (or possibly photograph) well, said the CIFA source.
CM adds that it approached the Air Force for a comment, to be told that “no irregular or unusual sighting” had been registered by Aerial Command.
