Vila Vita Parc in Porches, Lagoa is kicking off winter weekends with a bang as its much-loved winter brunch returns to the Bela Vita Bar & Brasserie.
Every Sunday until May 17, 2026, guests explore a range of themed menus, live cooking stations and a sensory atmosphere designed to whisk them across continents without ever leaving their table.
The first stop on this journey will be Asia. Launched on November 16 and running until December 7, the “Pan-Asian Feast” takes over the brunch lineup with Japanese and Southeast Asian favourites. Expect ramen, robata, sushi and Thai specialties, all paired with matcha drinks, floral infusions and regional coffees to complete the oriental mood.
Next on this culinary trip is South America. From December 14 to January 18, the “Sabores del Sur” edition will bring classics such as moqueca, Venezuelan cachapas, Nikkei creations, and drinks like tepache, caipirinhas and tropical mocktails to Bela Vita.
The event continues into 2026 with fresh themes every few weeks. “Levant Heritage” (January 25–February 15) celebrates Middle Eastern favourites from Lebanon, Turkey and Cyprus, such as lamb koftas, grilled Mediterranean fish, hummus, babaganoush and Turkish coffee. Then comes “Tastes from the Peaks” (February 22–March 15), bringing Alpine indulgence with Austrian sweets and hot chocolate from the Alpes. “Sands of Spice” (March 22-April 19) heads into North Africa and the Middle East with tagines, falafel and Moroccan teas. Finally, “Mediterranean Riviera” (April 26–May 17) closes the season with sunny classics from the Côte d’Azur, Amalfi and southern Portugal.
Priced at €59 per adult (excluding alcoholic drinks) and €29 for children aged 4–12, the brunch promises a “relaxed and immersive experience”.
Reservations can be made online.
