The Portimão Air Festival, due to be held on May 23, has been cancelled.
Organiser PROAIR, an aerial show events association, informs visitors to its website that Portimão Câmara cancelled this year’s edition.
A spokesman of PROAIR said: “This festival has been one of the largest outdoor events in our country in 2008 and 2009 and we pledge to make all efforts to promote and organise this event in coming years with the quality and prestige that characterised those first two editions.”
