Both groups enjoyed some of the best scenic views
The Algarve Senior Bikers (ASB) ride this month offered members the choice of riding from Tavira in the Eastern Algarve or Odiáxere in the West.
Both groups would eventually meet up for lunch at Restaurant Estrela do Sul in São Bartolomeu de Messines.
As well as a very enjoyable lunch, it was good to cool down after what was a very warm ride to say the least.
High temperatures seem to be the norm these days.
Both groups enjoyed some of the best scenic views from the highest roads through the hills of the Algarve on the way to S.B. Messines.
The lead riders on this occasion were Yves Breyer from the east assisted by Peter Kenyon and David Shirley and Andrew Chilton from the west with assistance provided by Roy West and David Ryan.
