A charity supporting needy children in the Algarve distributed nearly 1,400 presents to local underprivileged children as part of this year’s ACCA Angel Appeal.
President of ACCA, Wanda Crawford, said: “On behalf of ACCA, we would like to express our deepest gratitude for the support over this year. During these challenging times, our fundraising is essential to many children and families.
“ACCA is very fortunate to have the dedicated ACCA committee members, especially Jackie Quirk, Margaret Garnett, Sharon Henderson, Jenny Harrison, Gwenda Daud, Naz Karim, Maria Limas and Laila Ramtad.”
Local companies supporting ACCA included: QDL Ladies Golf, Conrad Algarve, Quinta Properties, Quinta Shopping, Phillip Stabile, Curiosa, Jutta Hoehn Architect and the local community at large partaking in this Angel Appeal.
The President of ACCA has pleaded 2013 as ACCA Year of Education. Wanda Crawford is now looking for support from the local community in this necessary endeavour.
