It’s that time of the year again. Everyone is checking their calendars to organise Christmas parties with friends, family, and colleagues. To make your planning a breeze, Carvoeiro Club is offering delicious options at affordable prices. The hospitality group has created special Christmas menus to suit every group’s preferences at two of its iconic restaurants.
From November 13 to December 23, Trattoria Oliveira at Quinta do Paraíso Resort and Restaurante Du Mar at the Brícia du Mar Rural Hotel are the perfect places to gather colleagues or friends and share the festive spirit of the season.
Focusing on Mediterranean flavours, both restaurants offer a three-course group menu for just €25 per person (minimum of six people), with vegetarian options available.
For starters, guests can choose between toasted bread with olive oil and burrata cream, served with a variety of lettuces, mushrooms, apricots, and artichokes; a warming cauliflower cream soup with toasted almonds and chives; and moreish garlic bread with cheese and ham.
Main courses feature a sea bream fillet accompanied by tomato risotto, seasonal vegetables, and herb sauce; Iberian pork tenderloin served with mushroom and chestnut ragout, roasted potatoes, and a mustard and rosemary sauce; or a vegetable lasagna with a tomato and basil sauce.
To finish on a sweet note, you’ll have a hard time choosing between a Classic Tiramisu, Flambéed pineapple with vanilla ice cream, and Homemade crème caramel.
Drinks included in the menu are a glass of wine or beer, water, and coffee.
