CASTRO VERDE council, near Beja, is hosting its 16th annual Sete Sóis Sete Luas Festival (Seven Suns Seven Moons Festival) on September 12, 13 and 14.
The event is organised by the local Câmara and aims to be a meeting point of cultures from nine countries and 30 cities from the Mediterranean region.
The festival organisers hope visitors will debate issues including the environment, human rights and the economic differences between regions and people.
