The Glee Boutique Café, nestled in the heart of the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura, is turning Halloween into a feast for the senses.
From October 26 to 31, the café unveils a Special Halloween Edition, where desserts come alive as legendary characters, each of them a miniature work of edible art by Chef Patrick Mestre. The Witch is a coconut biscuit, blackberry citronella cream, and coconut ganache topped with a blackberry coulis; The Spider weaves its web through layers of almond and coffee joconde, raspberry mousse and coulis, and speculoos; the Mummy is wrapped in pecan biscuit, filled with pumpkin compote and milk chocolate cream and enveloped in a golden brown sugar crumble; finally, the Ghost is an ethereal whisper of crunchy meringue, olive oil and bergamot biscuit, redcurrant coulis, and white chocolate-vanilla cream. Each of these ghoulish creations costs €8.

There is also The Vampire’s Eye – a white chocolate bonbon with coconut ganache and raspberry coulis (€3) – which promises an “irresistible temptation”.
As the season turns, Glee also reveals its Autumn-Winter 2025 Collection, celebrating the comforting warmth of nuts, spices, and earthy aromas. Highlights include the Banana, with brown butter financier and spiced banana cream with yoghurt mousse; the Persimmon, pairing pistachio with ginger; and the Macadamia Brownie, with praline layers rich with São Tomé chocolate and tonka bean caramel.
Other autumn temptations include the Hazelnut Tartlet, Pomelo, and Peanut Paris-Brest, each priced at €7. The new Autumn-Winter bonbons (€2 each) also promise to captivate those with a sweet totth, with combinations ranging from Pumpkin and Coffee to Strawberry and Bacon, Hazelnut, Lime and Shiso, and Banana Caramel.
All creations are available at Glee Boutique Café and for online order.
