This exclusive event promises a night of sophistication, joy, and exceptional company, welcoming 2026 in style.
The evening begins at 7.30pm with a welcome cocktail, offering the perfect opportunity for guests to mingle and soak in the festive atmosphere.

Following the cocktail, a refined gala dinner will be served, featuring a menu carefully crafted by Chef Nelson Candeias. The culinary experience starts with a lobster salad with celery, potato brunoise, sweetcorn and avocado, followed by a comforting oxtail soup.
For the main courses, diners can enjoy steamed turbot with broccoli, gnocchi, celeriac purée and sparkling wine beurre blanc, or grilled beef tenderloin with braised beef cheek, king oyster mushroom and potato croquette. A vegetarian menu is also available upon request when making your reservation.
The dinner concludes with a delicate vanilla mousse with yoghurt ice cream and strawberry consommé, accompanied by coffee and petit fours.
All toasts are complemented with champagne, alongside a selection of house wines, beer, soft drinks and water, included in the €190 per person experience.
Throughout the evening, entertainment is provided by live music from The Washingtons Band, followed by a DJ, creating an atmosphere perfect for dancing and celebrating the arrival of the New Year 2026.
