Laughter, learning, and discovery will fill the air at Krazy World Zoo & Park in Algoz, on Saturday, November 8, during the first edition of Kids Fest Algarve, organized by Lovitall and Youth Hub Algarve.
This vibrant event invites children and parents to enjoy an unforgettable day of outdoor fun, creativity, and imagination.
Kids Fest Algarve encourages children to step away from screens and rediscover the joy of outdoor play. In today’s digital world, this event is all about real connection, friendship, and teamwork. With a wide range of workshops, games, creative activities, and entertainment, there’s something for every child. Parents can relax in the Silent Disco Garden or browse the market.

Playing together, growing together
A core goal of the festival is to unite children from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. Through a special sponsorship initiative, funds have been raised to offer free entry to children who might otherwise be unable to attend.
“We want every child to have the opportunity to join,” says Ellen from Youth Hub Algarve, co-organizer of the event. “Playing together creates connection – and that’s what Kids Fest is all about. It’s a reminder of how important inclusion is in today’s busy world.”
The event is already generating excitement on social media and is supported by local partners and sponsors, including Carvoeiro Branco, whose contributions ensure every child has the chance to participate.
A day of adventure and creativity for all
The festival offers an exciting day of games and creative activities for all ages, including graffiti art, mini-golf, and team-building challenges that promote agility, cleverness, and collaboration. Children can also take part in hands-on workshops designed to spark their creativity while engaging multiple senses.
For adventurous kids, there’s paintball (ages 10 and up), while younger children can enjoy go-kart rides or join a creative workshop.
Special experience: The Mini Escape Room
A standout attraction is the mini escape room, created in collaboration with Carvoeiro Escape Room. In this thrilling challenge, children will use teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving to escape within the time limit. It’s an exciting opportunity to work together and push boundaries!
