Kate and Gerry McCann are hoping Belgian and Dutch nationals who were holidaying in the Algarve at the time Madeleine disappeared may have clues about the case.
The Madeleine book written by Kate McCann was launched in Belgium and Holland on June 20, following the British and Portuguese launch on May 12 and May 23 respectively.
Kate McCann told the Algarve Resident: “The Algarve is visited by tourists from several countries and thus releasing the book in Belgium and Holland is a very important step.
“There may be someone, somewhere, who might know something about Madeleine’s disappearance and help us resolve the case.”
Funds collected from the sales of the book will be put towards the search for Madeleine.
