On Fridays, between 18h00 and 20h00, the Clubhouse hosts the Oysters & Bubbles event. Fresh oysters from the Ria Formosa are served with sparkling wine or champagne, complemented by live jazz music that sets a lively atmosphere to kick off the weekend. This experience combines freshness, elegance, and a cosmopolitan vibe, making it perfect for a memorable start to the evening and an exceptional dinner at the restaurant. Two celebratory options are available: 3 oysters with a flute of champagne for €15, or 5 oysters with two flutes of champagne for €25.

Wine & Dine
On Saturdays, the spotlight is on Wine & Dine, a gastronomic experience celebrating the finest Portuguese wines. Guest producers present an exclusive selection of their wines, carefully paired with menus designed by the Old Course team to showcase local, regional, and national flavours. More than just a dinner, Wine & Dine is a genuine tribute to the land and Portuguese wine tradition, set against the stunning backdrop of the Algarve. The event costs €120 per person.
