More than 30 large-format photographs are now on display in the large gathering room of the Associação Recreativa e Cultural da Amorosa, in Amorosa, near Silves.
“I’ve been photographing all over Portugal for 10 years,” said Eric Roth. “The warmth and life in this country attracts me more than ever. This collection of photographs is an expression of love for my new home.”
Roth chose the local “Sociedade” to launch the exhibition to celebrate the strength of community in Portugal’s culture. “ARCA is a wonderful place for the local population, it belongs to all of us.”

The exhibition will be on display through November. ARCA is open every day of the week except Mondays. The hours are 8am to 11am and 12.30pm to 3.30pm.
