Algarve’s branch of the Chaine des Rôtisseurs recently welcomed Restaurant Vistas in Monte Rei Golf & Country Club as a new member.
Last Saturday, the Algarve Bailliage of the Chaine des Rôtisseurs gathered at Monte Rei to present the general manager, Salvador de Lucena, Maître Hôtelier of the Chaine, with the wall plate of the Chaine, therefore formalising the membership of the resort to the prestigious international association.
A lunch for the 25 confreres and guests was prepared by Chef Jaime Perez, trained by Ferran Adria at the famous restaurant El Bulli.
The next event of the Chaine will take place at Casa do Lago in Quinta do Lago on May 12.
