Eco-friendly party PAN has called for the expansion of Loulé’s municipal kennel, now run by a new municipal vet and dubbed an animal collection centre.
The party believes that it does not have the conditions needed to accommodate animals and that it should be expanded or a new one built altogether.
It also calls for more dog parks in the municipality, the creation of an online registry for pets and more adoption and sterilisation campaigns.
