Conrad Algarve, the luxury resort based in Quinta do Lago, has unveiled its full Easter programme, promising a wide range of experiences to enjoy.
“From carefully curated gastronomic experiences and creative workshops to moments of pure magic for our younger guests, including the traditional Easter egg hunt, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create memories that last a lifetime,” says the resort in a statement.
Between April 1 and 4 at The Nest Cocktails & Bar, guests will be able to take part in an Easter High Tea Experience, featuring “artisanal pastries and a carefully curated selection of teas and infusions”. The bar has also prepared a signature cocktail menu, boasting an exclusive selection of cocktails created especially for the Easter season.
The Easter season will also give guests an opportunity to “discover the new gastronomic soul of Conrad Algarve at Oliveira Brasserie”, described by the resort as an “elegant, welcoming and family-friendly space, inspired by the warmth and social ease of classic brasseries”.
Under the leadership of Executive Chef Benjamin Painset, the brasserie will host an Easter Family Roast on April 5. Running from 1pm to 4pm, the culinary team will present a “carefully curated selection of Mediterranean-inspired specialties, complemented by an irresistible variety of desserts”. There will also be live music and Easter activities for children. Cost is €149 per person, including a signature cocktail (but excluding further beverages) and €79 per child, aged six to 12 (complimentary for children up to five years old). The experience does not include access to the resort pools.
For those looking for an even more exclusive gastronomic experience, the Michelin-starred Gusto by Heinz Beck has prepared two special Easter-inspired experiences: an Easter Menu and Easter Lunch.
Each one offers a seven-course meal inspired by the festive season and the creativity of Chef Heinz Beck. Price is €245 per person (excluding beverages), with wine pairing available for €155.
