One of the Algarve’s most exclusive restaurants in Quinta do Lago is inviting guests on a culinary journey to Alba, Italy. From November 13 to 15, Gusto by Heinz Beck will host The White Truffle Experience, offering a rare taste of one of the world’s most coveted delicacies.
Unearthed by specially trained dogs, these truffles are the star of a five-course signature menu paired with iconic wines from the Barolo and Barbaresco regions, curated by Head Sommelier Gonçalo Mendes.
Price is €510 per person including wine pairing (€350 without), with full prepayment required due to the “unique nature of the White Truffle”.
