Alcoutim Câmara, in association with three sporting associations from the town, have together invested €36,000 in promoting sport and physical activity in the area to improve the health and wellbeing of residents.
Supported by the Grupo Desportivo de Alcoutim, Associação Inter-Vivos and the Clube Desportivo de Vaqueiros, the new project will comprise a variety of sport for all ages, specifically canoeing and football.
