Citroen have decided not to appeal against the disqualification of Rally of Portugal ‘winner’ Mikko Hirvonen. The Finn ended the rain-affected race in the Algarve clear of his field but WRC stewards subsequently discovered illegal alterations to his car resulting in Mads Ostberg (Ford) being awarded the race.
