In the absence of competitive domestic events, the Carmim-Prio-Tavira cycling team participated in the Tour of Murcia last weekend.
Of the seven-strong challenge sent across the border the Algarve’s David Livramento finished best in 31st place, almost four minutes behind Columbian Movistar winner Nairo Quintana, while colleague Ricardo mestre aquitted himself well during Sunday’s closing time trial.
